Dr. Balkis is a thoracic and cardio-vascular surgeon with more than 15 years of experience in the medical field.
Graduated from Paris VI university with very high honors and jury congratulation.
On the academic level, Dr. Balkis is an assistant professor of surgery at the Medical Sciences Faculty, in the Lebanese University, since 2010 and clinical teacher at Rafik Hariri University Hospital.
